Our Story
Pioneer Cleaning was founded in 2015 by Matt and Jessie Bilbo with a simple goal: deliver a higher level of professionalism, quality, and reliability than organizations typically experience from cleaning contractors.
Today, Pioneer Cleaning has grown to more than 25 trained professionals while maintaining the integrity, consistency, and personal accountability that defined the company from the beginning. We serve Iowa and Nebraska, with expanding coverage throughout the Midwest.

Matt leads Pioneer Cleaning’s operations, service quality, and customer partnerships. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and operations management, he brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to staffing, quality control, and follow-through.
His focus is straightforward: make sure customers receive dependable service, clear communication, and a cleaning partner who stands behind the work.
Jessie helps guide Pioneer Cleaning with a strong focus on communication, organization, and long-term relationships. She plays an important role in maintaining the personal, family-owned approach that customers experience when working with the company.
Her emphasis on honest decisions, responsiveness, and lasting partnerships helps keep Pioneer Cleaning grounded in the Midwest values on which the business was built.
